ALL WINES : Prices are quoted Ex-Bordeaux warehouse, and include inland freight & consolidation charges to our Bordeaux warehouse.
MINIMUM ORDER :
20 cs. of 9 liters or 1000 € per Chateau or Estate.
30.00 Euros flat surcharge will be applied for all orders under 20 cs. per Chateau or Estate.
NB : Some non French wines are not held on inventory. Small orders may need some time to be consolidated.
SPECIAL QUOTES : Upon request, we can quote special terms for large orders (F.O.B., Ex-Cellars, etc..). Please consult us.
PAYMENTS : ALL WINES except Bordeaux Classified Growths : 60 DAYS from invoice by irrevocable letter of credit. Remittance is to be made exclusively in the currency indicated on the invoice.
Alternative conditions may be applied subject to our prior agreement.
PAYMENTS : BORDEAUX CLASSIFIED GROWTHS, except “en primeurs”, 30 DAYS from confirmation of order. Alternative conditions may be applied subject to our prior agreement.
LATE PAYMENT will be subject to a 1.5 % per month interest charge.

CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS : Costs of analysis and samples required for analysis are to be charged to the customers.
CERTIFICATE OF LABEL APPROVAL : we supply a copy of the BATF COLA. All our shipments will bear the following information : IMPORTED BY EUROPVIN U.S.A., VAN NUYS, CALIFORNIA.
TREATMENT : Some of the wines offered have been neither filtered nor treated and are bottled in as natural a state as possible. These wines are sold at the buyer’s risk.
Our suppliers cannot be held responsible for the condition of their wines unless we are informed of a technical difficulty on arrival of the merchandise.
TITLE : Title in goods remains with EUROPVIN SA until goods are paid for in full.
In the case of dispute, only the “TRIBUNAL DE COMMERCE DE BORDEAUX” ‘s ruling is final.

1. This list includes wines which already have distribution in certain Countries and States. Please consult us for full picture of distribution arrangements for each Country & State.
2. Very few copies of this Price-List have been printed. All possible is done to avoid this list being shown to importers who do not distribute our wines. Blank price lists available.
